Human resource management is the expansion of personal managements & also define people management as 


 ‘All the management decisions and actions that directly affect, or influence, people as members of the organization rather than as job holders.’ (Henderson,2017)

 ‘A strategic, integrated and coherent approach to the employment, development and wellbeing of the people working in organization’ (Armstrong,2014)

 ‘people need to be viewed as an asset rather than merely a variable cost’. (Beer et al,1984)









According to the define of human resource managements is a strategic approach to manage peoples effectively in the organization. That individuals in a company or organization can gain a competitive advantage in their business. It is designed to maximize employee performance in order to achieve the employer’s strategic goals. Human resource management is primarily concerned with managing the people within an organization and focusing on policies and systems. The Department of Human Resources is responsible for compensation management, such as employee welfare planning, recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and oversight of the employee welfare system. The Department of Personnel deals with organizational change and a balance between the needs and organizational practices that arise from labor relations or group discussions and government legislation.
